Over the last few years, a few opportunities have arisen that will allow me to spend more time with my family and continue dentistry in a non-clinical capacity. To that end, it is with mixed feelings that I have decided to give up my responsibilities as a practice owner. After 10 years as a Naval Dental Officer and the last 20 years as your dentist, it is time for me to move on. This decision was not made lightly, as it has been a pleasure to provide your dental care and earn your trust over the years.

 

After meeting with several potential dentists to assume my practice, I feel that I have found an excellent replacement in Dr. Mark Davies and Dr. Raymond Frye. They both are excellent providers, and I know that they will provide the same level of care you are accustomed to receiving. To make the transition as seamless as possible, the staff you are used to seeing have agreed to remain.

 

My last day will be April 30th. It has been my pleasure to care for each and everyone of you. I have enjoyed seeing your families grow and change over time; that is something I will always remember fondly. I truly appreciate the trust you have placed in me over the years. I wish you all the best.

Hello Everyone, 

 

I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota in 2002. Over the last two decades, my passion for dentistry has only increased. I love utilizing new technologies and preventative
methods to prevent tooth decay and restore teeth in the most conservative fashion.

 

I believe the essence of modern dentistry is preventing decay from occurring whenever possible and carefully evaluating each of their patients for their individual dental risk. I always try to give back
by finding opportunities for charitable work. I have worked abroad in Honduras and Haiti. I have tutored adults in mathematics to help them earn their GED. If you are aware of any third-world projects that could use a volunteer dentist, please let me know.

 

I have recently moved to Bainbridge Island with my wife and daughter and have fallen in love with it! In my free time, I enjoy reading, being physically active, and spending time with my family.

Hello!

 

I am elated to continue the outstanding care that you and your family have been accustomed to for the last two decades. I have been in private practice since graduating in 1998 from Oregon Health Sciences
University with Honors and have continued to be a student of the latest and most advanced aspects of oral care.

 

During the last ten years, I have been focused on providing patients with dental care that is more focused on holistic and functional dentistry, often termed “biological dentistry.” My specialty includes
treating patients with autoimmune conditions, sleep breathing disorders, etc. I am a member of IAOMT (International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology) and trained in SMART (safe removal of mercury amalgam technique).

 

Besides loving being a dentist, I also love being a husband, father, and especially a grandfather! I look forward to meeting you soon!
